I’m a manager or employee
You can organize a session of The Week with your team. Or you can make a wider invitation to anybody  in the organization who is interested to join.
I’m responsible for CSR / ESG
You can use The Week as a tool to rapidly increase awareness and engagement inside the organization, and thereby reach your goals faster and more easily.
I’m the CEO or a senior leader
Like other CEOs, you might use The Week as a tool to bring your executive team on board. Or to bring the  whole organization to come together around this topic.
I’m a coach, trainer or consultant
You can offer The Week as a tool to your corporate clients. You can facilitate the session for them, as well as help them with possible next steps after the experience.

It's easy to organize

Whether it’s a company wide initiative or something you do with your team, it’s easy to organize.
Book 3 slots of 90 minutes within a week and we set you up with the films and conversation starters.

The Week was kick-started at Decathlon (the world’s largest sport retailer with 100,000 employees) when a first group of 40 people came together online to test the experience.
Since then, The Week has spread throughout the company. Volunteers are organizing groups in various countries and at all levels of the organization, from warehouse and retail associates to functional staff and the C-Suite.

At Liip, an important Swiss digital agency, it started with a few employees experiencing what was still a test version of The Week. The group was so deeply moved that they invited everyone in the organization to participate. The Week is now Liip's standard sustainability training. The company added a 4th session to the experience, in which the groups of participants imagine what Liip could be in 2040.

I’ve been looking for a way to get more deeply engaged in sustainability. I was already doing many things right in my daily life. This might be the beginning for me of a worklife where this is also integrated. Something deep has been triggered in me.

Thank you for this valuable experience. We just finished the third session with a group of about ten colleagues. There is a shared feeling that we’ve lived through an experience that is more profound and challenging than what is usually offered in the workplace.

After doing The Week with my family, I just did it at work with 6 colleagues. It exceeded my expectations, it was even more powerful than the experience at home. Maybe because it’s a topic that we don’t engage with as much in a professional context.

I will organize another session of The Week with my wife, friends and family members in a week. And I'm organizing the same thing with about 60 colleagues at work in a month. I'm looking forward to seeing their reactions.

After seeing The Week the first time, we organized another session with 25 people. And we are already planning a second one with neighbors. In "The Week", there is so much respect for everyone. In our group, where people were at very different stages of awareness, everyone appreciated the experience, because they felt respected...

Ready for the adventure?

Even if you’ve organized a group previously, sign up your new group here, as your old one will have expired. Also, if you organize several groups in parallel, sign up each group separately. We'll send you unique links to the films for every group so your groups don’t get mixed up.

What does it cost?

When you use The Week in the workplace (in a for-profit, nonprofit, NGO, or public body), this fee applies:

45 $-£-€ per participant

Your contribution is critical! It helps us fund our core infrastructure and helps us spread The Week.

We ask organizations who can to support our mission by donating on top of the fee. Please reach out to us if you can make a donation. We have so many ways we can spread The Week into really meaningful places, if we find the resources to do it!
